Healthy Kids, Brighter Tomorrows
Kids today spend more time sitting, looking down at screens and carrying heavy backpacks than ever before. Those habits put stress on a growing spine, the structure that protects the nervous system and helps kids move, focus and feel their best.
Captain Spine Day turns good posture and healthy movement into a fun superhero mission. Kids learn simple "spine powers" they can practice at home, and parents get to ask Dr. Ryan Pilsner their questions about kids' spinal health in a relaxed Q&A.
