Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our New Patient Application before starting your health screening. We always offer an complementary screening with the Doctor to see if your problems are something that we can help you with. After better understanding your concerns the Doctor can make his recommendations for services and review the cost associated with those services.
