Mobility keeps your spine moving; strength keeps it supported. The muscles of your core, hips and upper back work together to hold your spine in a healthy position and absorb the loads of everyday life.
This workshop takes you beyond simple stretches to practical strengthening exercises you can do at home with little or no equipment. You don't need to have attended Spinal Fitness 101, but it's a great follow-up if you did.
