The Thirst Dragon loves a Foggy Highway! In Module 7, Captain Spine teaches Fuel Power. Cadets learn that food is the body’s fuel and building material, and that water is the delivery truck that carries everything up and down the highway. They learn to read their own fuel gauge (hungry, full, or thirsty), play Different Fuels, Different Jobs, and practice a Water Top-Up ritual. In this program every food fits, and Cadets head home with a Water Bottle Buddy mission. Stand tall, spine strong!
