Why Spinal Fitness Matters
Most of us train our hearts and our muscles, but few people think about training their spine. The joints of your spine stay healthiest when they move regularly through their full range of motion, supported by strong core and postural muscles.
Long hours of sitting, old injuries and a lack of variety in how we move can leave the spine stiff and the muscles around it weak. This workshop teaches a short, practical routine you can do at home in a few minutes a day. No gym or equipment required.
What You'll Learn
A practical, beginner-friendly session. Wear comfortable clothes; we will practice the moves together.
